Timber Lane Lodge offers three lake front houses and one cottage on Third Lake, renting weekly from June through Labor Day with shorter stays available during Spring and Fall. Winter rentals by season contract only. We also have another house located on the Southeast end of First Lake that is available for rental. Located on the South side of Third Lake, Timber Lane Lodge is able to offer it's guests the relaxed but rustic feel of the Adirondacks while also providing them with modern accommodations. Each house or cottage comes with dockage for one boat and parking for two vehicles. A pontoon boat, fishing boat and canoes are available for rent. We offer a safe sandy swim area and a large main dock with plenty of room for you to relax on your favorite beach towel or in an Adirondack chair. Our location offers you the perfect setting to forget about life's everyday pressures as you enjoy the peace and tranquility of a warm summer day. In the winter, you can either snuggle up to a nice warm fire or enjoy our proximity to the Old Forge snowmobile trail system or McCauley's Ski Resort.
